This journal has been probably one of my most favorite journal find at the thrift store! Basically, it is a journal meant for kids and young teens, though any age can really appreciate this therapeutic journal. The contents are prompts of understanding your emotions and thoughts by organizing them into words. You can also find this journal on Amazon for around USD$15-20 at the time of writing this.
