With a new year and Valentines Day coming up this week, it is a fun time to brainstorm for journal ideas!
This year, I am keeping three journals and they are as follows:
(Mental) Health: Since last year, I have been keeping a journal that tracked my mental health and how I am doing health-wise. From eating habits to my monthly cycle, I have been writing in this journal at least once a week and even drew calendars to track my mood. This year, I am focusing on my mental health specifically as anxiety is something I struggle with. I also kept a food tracker journal at one point last year, too, to help me on losing weight and eating more healthy.
Creative Writing: This year I am planning on having a journal solely dedicated to writing for fun! In it I plan on writing and responding to writing prompts either for fun or short story ideas. I also think on writing down easy recipes to eventually try off of Pinterest. This journal also will have doodles in it to tinker with my artsy side, even though I am not an artist by preference.
Reflective: My daily journal is what I usually write in daily to keep track of my thoughts. It also is my form of therapy to help me through the day. This is my normal journal and I will continue writing on it as my personal adventure.\
What will the roaring '20s bring you this year?
